I use only high quality sterling sliver (.925), fine silver (.999), and 14k gold-filled findings in my work. My designs include Swarovski crystals, cultured freshwater pearls, gemstones and glass beads. Sea opal glass, also called opalite, is a particular favorite of mine including other colors of opal glass and crystals. I have for you my earrings (necklaces and bracelets coming soon). I recently remade the earwires on all my earrings into a french hoop style hook. With typical fishhook style earwires, the back part of the wire points out and makes it easy for the hook to work its way out of your ears by poking your neck. With the new french hoop style hook I use the back part of the earring points down instead of out, so it does not get pushed out. In three months of wearing this new style of earwire daily, I have not had my earrings fall out once.
